1. Introduction

This document provides you all the information needed to use the communication platform for Indigitall users. It shows all the necessary data to use of the web interface of the platform.

It is important to check this manual before the first use of the application to ensure the correct interaction of the user with the platform. It is also useful as a reference manual for platform users.

The manual is intended for users of the web interface of the platform as well as for the administrators of the platform. There are different roles for different types of users. All of them are covered in this manual, although not all user types will have access to all features.

The minimum knowledge that the people who will operate in the platform and who should use this manual must have is:

  • Basic knowledge of internet browsing
  • Basic knowledge of browsers and internet use
  • Basic knowledge about utility programs

2. System access

To access the system the user will have to navigate to the URL https://notificaciones.indigitall.net

Once the user access the address, a login form will appear to enter your user data and password to access the system. This data will be provided by Indigitall in the case of the system administrator and he/she will be responsible for creating the rest of users who have access to the platform.

From this page the user will also have the possibility of recovering the password in case he/she has forgotten it. To do this, simply click on the label Forgot your password? And on the next screen enter the email associated with your Indigitall user account.

By pressing send, you will receive an email with the new password to access the system. The administrator can also change the user’s password from user management.

3. Main screen

Once the user access the system with his/her access data the main screen will appear.

On the main screen the Send Communication option is displayed, which is used to manage the apps that have the Indigitall SDK integrated.

Besides the direct access to this option, it will always be available from the top menu. The Apps entry corresponds to Send communication.

Also on the top menu bar appears the user who is authenticated on the platform, a button to exit to the right to logout from the session and the Indigitall logo to the left to return to this screen from any point of the application.

If it is an administrator user, besides these options, he/she will have a new entry for access to the user management.

4. Sent communication

From this option all the interactions related to the apps that have the Indigitall SDK integrated are carried out. First, a list will appear with all the apps to which the authenticated user in the platform has access to. For each application the logo, name and devices associated with that application will be displayed, separating it also between Android devices and iOS devices.

To work with an application you just have to click on the Manage button and all the options available for that application will be displayed.

5. Application management

When you access the management screen of an application the top menu bar changes to offer new options.

This screen also offers the four options that group the main features of the application management (available according to the pack contracted):

  • AllPush: In first place, appears the option to send message to all devices as much to mobile devices as to browsers that have integrated the indigitall notification service.

  • AppPush: Following, this is the shipping option to mobile devices that have integrated the indigitall SDK.

  • WebPush: In third place is the option in which the messages are sent to the user that have hired the service in their browsers.

  • Statistics:: This section let the access to message statistics of this concret app.

On one hand is the option to send messages to mobile devices that have the application with the integrated SDK, in the central part the messages are sent to those users who have registered the service in their browser and on the other is the access to the Message statistics for that application.

There are also other entries where you can register the external apps, interest groups and areas. Later in the section corresponding to each one of them, we will show the corresponding information.

6. Mensajes AppPush

Sending a message to an application has two parts. On one hand, the data of the message you want to send and on the other hand the filters you want to apply to the message to send it only to the desired devices.

Also by clicking on the upper right side of the label Expand map, a map will show up indicating the position of the devices to which the message is to be sent. This map will dynamically update based on the filters that are applied on the filters tab.

6.1 Create message

When the user enters in the AppPush section, can see the form where the parameters of message must be introduced.

The options to create the message are the next:

  • iOS 10 y Android:

    • Title: Message title for Android devices.
    • Description: Message text for Android devices.
  • iOS 9 and lower versions:

    • Title: Message text for device with iOS 9. In these device only this text will be received.
  • Notification icon: Icon that appears in the notification message. It only will be shown in Android devices because this feature is not supported in IOS. The icon format must be JPG or PNG and we recommend DO NOT LOAD the file with size bigger than 1Mb.

  • Time to notification expiration: Define the life time of the message in hours, it is meaning, that if this parameter is configured and the number of hours defined have passed without the message is received by the customer, the notification will not send to the client. This can happen if the device is off, without coverage, etc. If the message is not delivered in less time than the hours are indicated in this parameter, then the message is discarded.

  • Type: Type of the message that will be sent. In the next section, the available message types are shown.

  • Parameters: This field is different depending on the selected message type. In each cases, an example of the content, that must be sent in this field, are shown.

  • Message Type:: This field allows select the available message types. The types must be created previously for can group the messages in the statistics section.

  • campaign description: This parameter allows group the notifications by campaign in the statistics section to can analyze the impact of that campaign. This is an optional field.

6.2 Message types

There are several message types that can be selected to send a message. Depending on the selected message type, the corresponding fields will be enabled in the below part.

The message types that can be selected are:

  • Depdending on the content:

    • Notification without photo: The message that will be sent, is composed by a title and a description in its body. Moreover this sort of notifications carries associated several actions as can be watch in the previous image.

    • Notification with photo: The message that will be sent, is composed by a title with the selected image like backgorund (only available for Android 4.1 or bigger and iOS 8 or bigger). Moreover , the message will include a button that will call the selected app. Is recommended do not upload a photo with size bigger than 1Mb.

      For create it, the user has to select the option "With Photo" in the previous dropdown menu "Tipo" and attaches a photo at the end of the form, pressing in the button "Select":

      Then pop-up will be shown in which the user can trim the image. For close the pop up and finish the trim process, the user must press in the button "Ok".

      Finally we will see as the image has been attached to the notification, as it is shown in the next image.

    • Notification with GIF: This is a kind of notification derived of the normal notification with photo. It is created equal than the normal notification with photo but is necessary attach more than one photo at the end of the form. For that, only have to press in the button "Add other":

      Then the user has to select the second photo that want to be attached, make the trim and press in the button "Ok", like we did in the normal notification with photo.

      In this sort of notifications we can attach 3 images like a maximum to make the GIF. The selected images are shown sequentially in the order that they were attached. When the last image is shown the process come back to the first image and starts again. In the panel we can see the preview of the 3 images and the change after 3 seconds between them:

      IMPORTANT: All image files have to have the format JPN or PNG and their size must not be bigger than 1Mb.

    After select a notifications with photo, either with simple Photo or with GIF, the dropdown menu "Action" will be enabled:

    This dropdown menu allows select the action that will be execute when the user press in the notification:

  • Depending on the action that will be execute when the user press in the notification:

    • Open App: In this sort of notification the app will be opened if the user press in the notification. Selecting this action, the user can send parameters to the app. In this case is the app, the attendant of receive the notification with the parameters and do the necessary operations to open the app with the desired content.

      This action is supported by the notification with and without photo:

    • See URL: A web URL will be sent (this URL must be set in the parameter field) together with the message. When the user press in the notification, the URL will be shown the URL in the device browser.

    • Send video: A video URL will be sent (this URL must be set in the parameter field) together with the message. When the user press in the notification, the URL will be shown the URL in the device browser.

    • Interactive: Allows to create a notification with buttons. In this notification the user can choose the sort of interactive notification through the Category field, this indicates the text that will appears in the buttons and a URL associated with each button that it will be opened when the user press in the notification.

    • Interactive and create an interest group: This sort of notification is an interactive notification that creates an interest group. When the user press in button 1, the device is subscribed to the group of interest, in opposite if the user press in button 2, the group of interest is created but the device will not be subscribed to it. To create the group of interest is necessary set a group identifier and a name of group.

      This action is supported by notifications with and without photo:

    • Install app: In this notification, when the user press in the button "Install app" , it allows to redirect him to the section, corresponding with the app configured like a parameter, in the Play Store(Android) or App Store(iOS), to download the app and install it. To configure this notification is necessary:

      • Android: The package name can be get in the app URL of the Play Store, as it is shown in the next image:

      • iOS: The App identifier can be get in the app URL of the App Store as it is shown in the next image (we must take only the number):

      The paremeter field must have the next format id_andriod|id_ios, as it is shown in the next image:

      This action is supported by the notifications with and without photo:

    • Share: This action is only supported by the notifications with photo. It allows to share a URL that is set like the parameter in the field parameters if the user press in the notification button "Share".

    • ClicktoCall: This action is only supported by the notifications with photo. It allows call to the number configured like the parameter in the field parameters when the user press in the notification button "Call".

  • Depending on the notification grouping in statistics (it is valid for all combinations of notification type and action):

    • Notifications of concrete type: This sort of notifications can be with or without photo. This notifications allows us to group the results in the statistics section depending on that concrete type.

      For that only is necessary:

      • Create the type of notification as is indicated in the point 11.4 of the documentation:Message types

      • Select the type of message in the dropdown menu "Tipo de mensaje" when the push is created:

    • Notifications by campaign:This kind of notifications can be with or without photo. The notifications that have set this field, can be sorted for campaign in the statistics section. This field must be set like a descriptive text of the campaign to be send.

6.3 Apply filters to the message

A several shipping filters can be applied to filter the devices that the user want to send the message. By this way the notifications will be sent only to the device that pass the selected filters. There are several filters that can be applied to send a message:

  • Group of interest: This filter allows to send notifications to the subscribed devices to one or more than one group of interest. The user has more information about this filter in the point 8.1 of the documentation:Groups of interest filter

  • Device List: This filter allows to send only to group of devices that is indicated through a .csv file. The user has more information about this filter in the point 8.2 of the documentation:Interest groups of great volume filter

  • Geolocated shipping: This filter allows to send to group of devices that is in the selected zone by the filter. The user has more information about this filter in the point 8.3 of the documentation:Geolocated filter

  • Postal code: This filter allows to send notifications to the devices that are in a concrete postal code or in a postal code range. The user has more information about this filter in the point 8.4 of the documentation:Postal code filter

  • Operative System: This filter allows to send notifications to the devices that have operative system Android or IOS. The user has more information about this filter in the point 8.5 of the documentation:Operative System filter

  • App used since: This filter allows to send notifications only to the devices that have used the app in a period of time less than the indicated date in this field.The user has more information about this filter in the point 8.6 of the documentation: Use of app filter

  • App not used since: This filter allows to send notifications only to the devices that have not used the app in a period of time less than the indicated date in this field. The user has more information about this filter in the point 8.6 of the documentation: Use of app filter

  • External Apps: This filter is formed by two filter, in which the user can select the apps that the device has to have installed or has not to have installed to send the notification. The user has more information about this filter in the point 8.8 of the documentation: External Apps

    The apps that are shown in the filter list are managed from the "External Apps" in the top menu.

At the top of the screen the real number of devices to whom will send the notifications are shown. This number is updated when a filter is selected.

Once the message is created and the filters are selected, the user has to press in the button "Send" that is shown at the right top of the screen. Then a confirm message will be shown.

In this screen, the user will be able to see a notification preview in different devices. If the user is sending a multimedia content like a video or sound, that content will be able to reproduce to check the result before the shipping. If all is working correctly, the user has to press in the button Confirm and Send at the right top of the screen to send the message and the notification will be sent.

7. Notifications WebPush

The shipping of message to a browser has two parts. In one hand, the data of message that the user wants to send and by other hand the filters that the user wants to apply to the message to send it only to desired browsers.

Moreover pressing in the right top tag Expand Map, the map will be shown, ant the user will be able to see the position of the browser to whom the message will be sent. This map is updated dynamically depending on the filter that is applied in the filter section.

7.1 Create message

When the user enters in the WebPush section, can see the form where the parameters of message must be introduced.

The options to create the message are the next:

  • Title: Message title or head that will be shown in the notification.

  • Subtitle: Message text or body that will be shown in the notification.

  • Time to notification expiration: Define the life time of the message in hours, it is meaning, that if this parameter is configured and the number of hours defined have passed without the message is received by the customer, the notification will not send to the client. This can happen if the device is off, without coverage, etc. If the message is not delivered in less time than the hours are indicated in this parameter, then the message is discarded.

  • Parameters: This field allows us to send a URL like a parameter, is mandatory and allows is to indicate what URL will be opened when the user press in the notification.

  • Persistent or Non-Persistent: This field is a "switch". If it is enabled lets the notification does not disappear in the screen when it is received, it is meaning, the notification will be persistent.

  • Type of message: This field allows us to select the available types of message to can group the notifications in the statistics section. These must be created previously.

  • campaign description: This parameter allows group the notifications by campaign in the statistics section to can analyze the impact of that campaign. This is an optional field.

7.2 Message types

There are several types of messages that can be selected to send to the application.

The types of messages are:

  • Notification without photo: For sending this kind of notification the user has to fill the title and the subtitle and set the URL that will be opened when the device user press in the notification, in the parameters field.

  • Notification with photo: This kind of notification allows to attach a photo. The construction of the notification is the same than the previous one, the unique difference is that the user must select the photo that will be sent pressing in the button Select.

    IMPORTANT: All of image file must be have JPG or PNG format and their size would not be bigger than 1 MB.

  • Persistent notification: This kind of notification can be with or without photo. This notification is enabled set the "switch" by the next way:

    This configuration allows that the notification remains in the screen and does not disappear after a few seconds after its reception.

  • Notifications of a concrete type: This kind of notifications can be with or without photo. Create a notification of a concrete type, allows us to group the results in the statistics section depending on that type.

    To obtain that, the user only has to follow the next steps:

    • Create the message type like is indicate in the point 10.4 of the documentation: Message types
    • Select the message type in the dropdown menu "Type of message" when the user created the notification:

Notifications by campaign:This kind of notifications can be with or without photo. The notifications that have set this field, can be sorted for campaign in the statistics section. This field must be set like a descriptive text of the campaign to be send.

7.3 Apply filters to the message

A several shipping filters can be applied to filter the browsers that the user want to send the message. By this way the notifications will be sent only to the browsers that pass the selected filters. There are several filters that can be applied to send a message:

  • Group of interest: This filter allows to send notifications to the subscribed browsers to one or more than one group of interest. The user has more information about this filter in the point 8.1 of the documentation:Groups of interest filter

  • Browser List: This filter allows to send only to group of browsers that is indicated through a .csv file. The user has more information about this filter in the point 8.2 of the documentation:Interest groups of great volume filter

  • Geolocated shipping: This filter allows to send to group of devices that is in the selected zone by the filter. The user has more information about this filter in the point 8.3 of the documentation:Geolocated filter

  • Postal code: This filter allows to send notifications to the devices that are in a concrete postal code or in a postal code range. The user has more information about this filter in the point 8.4 of the documentation:Postal code filter

  • Visit the web since: This is a filter to send notifications only to browsers that has visited the web in a period of time less that the date indicated in this field. The user has more information about this filter in the point 8.6 of the documentation:Use of app filter

  • NO visit the web since: This is a filter to send notifications only to browsers that has not visited the web in a period of time less that the date indicated in this field. The user has more information about this filter in the point 8.6 of the documentation:Use of app filter

At the top of the screen, the real number of browsers that the user will sent the message, is shown. This number is updated when the user selects a filter.

If the user applies two or more filters, the result will be the intersection between them, it is meaning, the notifications will be sent to the browsers that satisfy all conditions of the selected filters.

Once the message is created and the filters are selected, the user has to press in the button Send that is at the right top of the screen. After that a confirm message will be shown.

In this screen, the user can send an example notification to check how the notification will be shown in the browser. To do this, the user has to press in the button "Webpush Preview". If all is correct, the user can send the message pressing in button Confirm and Send at the right top part of screen.

8. Filters

8.1 Groups of interest filter

This filter allows to send notifications depending on if the devices are or are not subscribed to specific group of interest. For the user can use this filter, the group of interest must be created (For know how can create the group of interest, see the point 11.2 of the documentation: Groups of interest)

As the user can see in the image, we have two filters:

  • Send to device that are in ALL these group of interest In this filter the user can select a group and the notification only will be sent to the devices that are subscribed to that group. If the user selects more than one group, the notification will be sent to the devices that are subscribed to all the groups selected in the filter.

  • Send to devices that are NOT in neither of group of interest: This filter works in reverse to the previous filter. When the user select the group in this filter, the notification will not sent to the devices that are in that group of interest.

The user can do combinations with both filters, to send notifications to devices that are subscribed to specific groups but not subscribed to another groups. The result is always the intersection between both filters.

8.2 Interest groups of great volume filter

Is possible send notifications to a huge group of devices using a CSV file with the list of deviceID, one of it for each line. The file is attached in the filter tab:

8.3 Geolocated filter

With this filter is possible sent notifications to devices in function their location. For do this is necessary, the shipping zone or zones must be defined like is indicated in the point 11.3 of the documentation: Define zones

After created the zone, when a message is created the zone could be selected in the filter, through its tag or directly selecting the cronceten zone:

8.4 Postal code filter

This filter allows send notifications to devices that are in one, several postal code zone or inside of a postal code range. This filter is a kind of location filter.

  • Filter for range of postal code:

    With this option, the user can filter the devices indicating the postal code range. Is necessary set the start and the end of the range. By this way, the notifications will be send to devices that are located inside de introduced range.

  • Filter for one or several postal code:

    With this option, the user can filter indicating the concrete postal code to make the shipping. If the user wants to send notifications to more than one postal code,they be introduced separated by commas, like is shown following:

8.5 Operative System filter

The use of this filter allows to select the operative system that must the device have to send it the notification. This filter is only available to AppPush and by default is selected the both OS, Android and IOS, so the notifications will be send to both platforms. However, is possible select only one of them.

8.6 Use of app filter

This filter allows to send notifications to users that do not open the app or browser since a concrete date. This date is configured in the field Application NOT used since in AppPush case or NO visit the web since in WebPush case, like is shown in the next image:

The filter can be applied at inverse, allowing the shipping to the users that have used the app or browser before a concrete data. This date is configured in the field Application used since in AppPush case or Visit the web since in WebPush case, like is shown in the next image:

The user can combinate both filter, indicating that the user has opened the app before a date, set in the filed Application used since and this app was without opening sinde the date set in the field Application NOT used since. The result of apply this filter will be the intersection of previous both.

8.7 Previous notifications filter

This filter allows to send notifications to devices that have clicked in a previous sent notification. For do this, in the filter tab, the user can see and select the notification that was sent previously in the list and can see how many devices have clicked on it.

8.8 External Apps

Is possible make shippings depending on the device has or has not determinated apps. This apps must be configured previously like is indicated in the point 11.1 of the documentation: External apps

As you can see in the last image, the user has two filter:

  • Send to devices that have the apps installed: When the user selects one of the apps in the filter, the notification will be sent to those devices that have the selected apps installed. If more than one app is selected in the filter, the device must have installed all these apps.

  • Send to devices that have NOT the apps installed: Is the inverse filter to previous one, the shipping is made in function of the device have not installed the app that is selected in the filter.

The user can make combinations with the filter to realize the shippings to devices that have a concrete apps installed and have not other apps.

9. Shipping schedule

The user can make programed shipments from "Schedule" tab. In this tab, by default, is enabled the option "Send immediately".

If the user click on the button, the view to schedule the shipping changes. Now, in this view the user can set the day and hour to make the shipping. Once the notification is created, the shipping is register in the system and the notification will be sent in the indicated moment.

10. Shipping to several apps

From this screen, the panel offers the possibility for send notifications to apps that are different than the app from the notification is being created. For make this, the user has a list of all availabled apps to send the notification withouth include the current app and only is neccessary checked it in the list.

After the shipping, all filters are disabled automatically.

11. Utilities

To make the shipping of a concrete kind of notifications is necessary make a several previous configurations, that we found in the section Utilities:

  • The configuration of external apps to filter the shippings.
  • The creation of group of interest to make segmented shipping of notifications.
  • The creation of zones to send geolocated notifications.
  • The configuration of the kind of messages that allow group by statistics.

For access to this utilities, the user must unfold the Utilities menu that is found in the top part of the screen, like is indicated in the next image:

11.1 External apps

The External Apps must be configurated in the tab Utilities in the section External Apps:

From this screen, the external apps that will be shown in the shipping filters, are defined.

The filter only will work if the external app that is selected in the list, was installed at least 24 hours before in Android case or the app was installed before the last open of the app in IOS case.

For add an external app in the panel, the user only has to set the name of the app and the name of package in Android case or the URL Scheme in the IOS case. Clicking on the "Create" the app will be added at the top screen part. The apps can be deleted clicking on the cross icon that appeats at the right of each app.

11.2 Groups of interest

The Groups of interest will be configured in the Utilities tab in the section Group of interest:

From this section, the user can manage the tags. These tags can be created, modified and deleted by user. The tags have grouping levels in tree form, although the devices only are subscribed at concrete tag.

For create a new tag is neccessary click on the button New and the panel to create a new group of interest will appear:

In this panel, the user must be set:

  • The ID of group (this can be numeric or a character chain), this field is mandatory.
  • The name of group, this field is mandatory.
  • The list of devices: The user can upload a CSV file with the deviceID of the devices that the user wants to subscribe to the new group of interest. This field is optional.

    In the CSV file, the deviceId must be set in columns, like is shown in the next image:

Is possible create Subgroups of a group, for do this the user has to select the parent group and clik on the button New and fill the data. After create the subgroup, in the general view, we can see how the subgroups hang of their parent group in tree form:

For change the tag name, the user has to select the group and click on the button Edit. Then the panel with the group data will be shown and the user may modify the name:

From this panel, we can change the name of group and the devices that are susbcribed, but never the ID of group.

If the user wants to delete the tag, the user has to select the group of interest and click on the button Delete. Is neccessary have in count that if a parent tag is deleted, all tags that depends on it, will be deleted. The platform always shows an advise before delete the tag.

11.3 Define zones

The Zones to send the geolocated pushes, will be configured in the Utilities tab in the section of Define zones:

Clicking on the button Define zones that is in the access bar in the top part of the panel screen, the user access to this section, in the which the zones can be created to make geolocated shippings.

For add a zone, is necessary clicking the button Add and the panel to create zone will appear:

There are two possibilities to create a zone, directly set the latitude, longitude and range in the input boxes that appear at the top part or drawing the zone over map.

For can draw the zone over the map is necesary to enable this mode. The user has to click on the button with the circle icon that appears at the top left part of the map.

Once drawing mode is enabled, the user will have to click on the center of the desired zone and without drop the button drag until adjust the radio to desired size. The zone will appear marked on the map.

Once the zone is defined only is necesary to click on the button Create at the top right part and the zone will be stored

Now the zone will be visible and the user will be able to select it in the filter to make a geolocated shipping when the message is created:

The zones can be tagged in the moment of their creation or when they are modified:

11.4 Message types

The message types must be configured in the Utilities tab, in the sección Message Type:

Inside this section the user will be able to create the message type clicking on the button Add:

To create the new message type, the user must introduce the name of type and the id and click on the button Create:

The message types that already exist, can be edited clicking on the icon edit icon or delete clicking on the delete icon delete icon:

Once the message has been created from Utilities, the user will be able to create notifications of this type selecting the type in the list Type of message when the message is created:

12. Auto response

If we see the top menu, there is an option called "Auto response". if we click on the tab, three options appear: Welcome message, loyalty message and geofencing.

12.1 Welcome message

The welcome message will be sent the next day to installation of app that has integrate the indigitall library.

12.1.1 How can the user generate a welcome message?

For can see the welcome message, the user has to go to the top menu in Auto response and click on the Welcome message option:

Once the user clicks on the Welcome message option, a list with all welcome messages that the user has created will be shown:

When we click on +New, the options that are shown, are the same that the user has when creates a normal message.

In this message, if the user enables the planification option, the message will be sent to scheduled hour, in opposite case the welcome message will be sent by default at 10:00 am.

12.1.2 Enable / Disable the welcome message

In the list we can see an icon like this icon. When this icon has a color grey means that the message is disabled and if the icon appears in blue color is enabled. In the welcome message case only one message can be enabled.

12.2 Scheduled messages

12.2.1 How can the user generate a scheduled message?

For create this kind of message is necessary go to the "Schedule" filter during the message creation. By default, the option to send immediately after the creation is enabled.

If the user enables the filter, the option to scheduled the message appears. In this section, the user can set the date and hour of the shipping and clicks on in New message to create the scheduled notification and after the previsualization Confirm and send:

12.2.2 Modify / Delete the scheduled message

The previous message is created in the section Scheduled message in the top menu, inside the tab Auto response:

In this section, the user will be able to see the list of scheduled messages:

If the user click on detail message (detail icon) will be able to see the details of the scheduled message:

This kind of message can be modified clicking on the edit icon (edit icon) and inside de section, the user ca modifiy the date and hour of the scheduled shipping:

The user can delete the message too clicking on the delete icon(delete icon) and pressing on "Accept" inside the confirm pop-up.

12.3. Geofencing

To access to the creation of the geofencing messages is necessary that the user goes to top menu to the Auto response section and inside this section goes to the option called Geofencing:

In this module is possible configure the platform to send notifications when the user enters in a zone defined in the section "Zones", that we have already seen in a previous point of the documentation.

For create a geofencing message, the user has a form equal than the form used when a normal message is created.

For select a zone that we want associate to the message, the user has to access to filter tab and there appear all the zones created from the zones module. From here is possible select the zone:

Once the message is created and the zone was selected, if the user clicks on the button send, the message is stored to be sent to the device when it enters in the zone.

Is possible configure the behaviour of the messages when the user enters in a zone, for do this in the options tab the user can set the days and hours to make the shipping and the limit of notifications that a device can receive when it is in that zone.

13. Analytics

To can access to the Web Analitics and Stadistics, we have the Analitics menu at the top bar:

13.1 Web analytics

In the case that the user wants to make an analytics of the direct traffic, a url can be created setting parameters inside this utility.

For generate a parameter we must click on the "Web analitics" that is at the top panel and a list will appear with the parameters that have already set. If there are not any parameter the list will appear empty.

For create a web analytics parameter , we must click on the button +Add and we go to the next window:

The options of the window are:

  • Parameter: In this field we have two options, we can choose between AppPush to mobile devices and WebPush to browsers.

  • Key: Allows set the name key.

  • Type of value: The type of value can be dynamic or static, if we set a dynamic value by default will be "CHANNEL". This value will depend on the type of channel with what the user open it that could be Android or iOS.

  • Value: If the type is "CHANNEL", the value will be dynamic too and will be able to be Android or iOS. If the type is static the user has to set the value that he wants to have the key.

13.2 Statistics

To access to section of Stadistics we have to go to menu that is at top bar or click on the button Consult, like is shown in the next image:

13.2.1 Apps statistics

Clicking on the button Consult of the statistics part of the app main screen, the user access to the stadistics of this aplication. Here several consult options exists to analyze the stadystics data of a concrete message or all messages.

13.2.2 Message statistics

Clicking on the button that appears at message right, the user access to detailed stadistics to this message. In this part, is possible consult the graphs that contains the information about the sent messages. The user can see the total messages or can apply a filtter by os, Android or iOS. When the user enters to detail of the message, can see the graph with the total results for this concrete message.

There are several states for a sent message. The possible states are as follows:

  • In process: The message is pending to be sent by the server.

  • Pending to delivery: The message has been sent to the GCM server (in Android case) or by APNS (in iOS case).

  • Received: The message has been received in the device. This state is only available in Android. In iOS is not possible to determinate if the message is received by the device. For this reason, in devices with IOS that have received the message and the user has not clicked in the notification, the message will continue in Pending state.

  • Clicked: The user has clicked on the message.

  • Rejected: The message has not been sent to the device. The reason usually is the message service has decided that the device does not have installed the application and so it has been remove from the service.If this is the case, the device is unsubscribed in indigitall to future messages shipping.

13.2.3 Total statistics

In the section of statistics, the global statistics of the application are shown in a date range. There are several options to filter the information. This options are in the dropdown menu that appears in the same screen.

Clicking on the button Download CSV, the file is downloaded with the dates selected range.
